Neocoast now has a home in Chicago. As of October 2026, our team has a base at 2112, a creative and tech incubator on the city's Northwest Side.

Chicago has been part of Neocoast's story for years. Now we have a place there to meet the people behind it in person.

Where is Neocoast's base in Chicago?

Neocoast's Chicago base is at 2112, an incubator for creative and technology companies at 4245 N. Knox Ave. We joined as members in October 2026. It gives our team a Chicago address, meeting rooms and workspace for every visit, and a place in a community of companies building things in the city.

It's a few blocks from the Montrose Blue Line station and the Mayfair Metra stop, so it's easy to reach from downtown or straight from O'Hare.

Why did Neocoast choose Chicago?

We chose Chicago because many of the people we work with are already there, and because a good part of our EdTech story started there. Many of our clients and partners are based in the city and the surrounding area, and it's where most of our network in the US is.

Tom McNamara, one of our advisors, is a big reason why. Tom has spent twenty years building a network across the education sector, and he brought Neocoast its very first EdTech client.

That first project opened a door. Ten years later, education is at the center of everything we build.

Many of these relationships go back years. They're clients, partners and friends who helped us get where we are.
