We initially came in to stabilize and improve an existing application. Over time, the relationship evolved into a strategic partnership where Neocoast became an extension of eSystem's team, contributing across product strategy, architecture, development, infrastructure, and design.

Content that lived on a third-party host now sits in infrastructure eSystem owns and controls directly.

Delivered a complete visual rebrand and app-wide improvements. The result: a more consistent, modern experience.
Native in-house
exam engine
Built a fully integrated exam module. Assessments run entirely within eSystem, with no redirects.
Course
variant system
Introduced a variant model for courses. This eliminates conflicts and keeps content easy to manage.
Two new products launched
Two new products: Train the Trainer and CPC. They standardize instructor prep and automate telecom elevation plans.
