Trainee Developer

You’ll join Neocoast as a Trainee Developer, taking your first steps into software development. No previous professional experience is required: we’ll provide the training and support you need to turn your academic knowledge into real-world skills. You’ll start with a 3-month training program guided by an experienced trainer, where you’ll develop your skills in both Frontend and Backend technologies and gradually take on more responsibility. We’re looking for someone curious, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges. Clear communication, teamwork, a positive attitude, and ownership of your learning are just as important as your technical knowledge.
